About this grant

The Community Foundation of Broward offers grants through four focus areas: Social & Economic Mobility, Art & Culture, Education & Youth Enrichment, and Healthy & Thriving Communities. Two additional focus areas (Building Community & Opportunity and Strong Nonprofit Community) are by invitation only. Applicants must be 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofits serving Broward County and must hold a Gold Seal of Transparency from Candid. Individuals are not eligible. Applications are submitted online through the grants portal. The foundation provides virtual office hours to help prospective applicants understand the process.
