About this grant
Con Edison funds specific programs and projects (not operating costs, capital projects, or event sponsorships) within three priority areas: adaptation and mitigation to extreme weather; social justice and community resilience; or clean energy and technology careers. Applicants must be 501(c)(3) tax-exempt entities or coalitions with a 501(c)(3) fiscal agent, located in Con Edison's service territory covering New York City and Westchester. Organizations must demonstrate measurable outcomes, strong community-engaged leadership, and clear alignment with funding priorities. Arts-related and medical/health initiatives are not funded.
