High school student organizations in Michigan can apply for grants to reduce participation costs in academic clubs and extracurricular activities. Six $750 grants are awarded annually to support conference fees, transportation, accommodations, and other normal expenses.

G.O.A.L. funds eligible Michigan high school student organizations to reduce student participation costs in academic activities like Model United Nations, HOSA, and Robotics. Grants can cover registration fees, transportation, hotel, and other normal expenses. Eligible applicants are education professionals at least 18 years old serving as advisors to registered student organizations at 501(c)(3)-recognized Michigan public, private, or charter high schools. The program does not fund sports teams. Applications are submitted online, reviewed by an Application Review Committee based on financial need, student benefits, number of students served, activity relevance, and use of funds within Michigan. Recipients are notified by email and must report on grant usage after completion.
