About this grant
Harbor Freight Tools gives gift cards to eligible nonprofits for specific purposes: K-12 public schools may request support for classroom projects and clubs (including robotics), school raffles and fundraisers, school improvement projects, and skilled trades education programs. Veteran-serving organizations can request cards for raffles, direct services, memorials, and gardens. Fire departments, law enforcement, and EMS agencies can request cards for raffles, tools and safety equipment, and facility improvements. Applicants must be 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(19) organizations that have held tax-exempt status for at least one year, operate locally, and be US-based. The funder does not support individuals, scholarships, sports organizations, post-secondary schools, religiously affiliated institutions, or political organizations. Organizations may submit only one request per calendar year and must provide documentation within 30 days of submission.
