About this grant

This annual program provides direct funding to eligible organizations near Meta data centers to support projects that use technology for community benefit, build sustainable communities, or improve STEAM education. Eligible U.S. applicants include registered nonprofits and public schools; European applicants include registered not-for-profit organizations and government entities. Schools may apply multiple times per cycle; other organizations are limited to one application. Projects must have demonstrable metrics for public reporting and funds must be used within one year of award. Ineligible organizations include religious programs, for-profit companies, 501(c)(4)s, those with discriminatory policies, political advocacy groups, and programs offering individual cash grants or scholarships.
