About this grant
National Fuel's Charitable Foundation reviews grant requests on a quarterly basis through a special committee. Organizations must first contact a regional representative to discuss their opportunity before submitting an application. Applicants are notified by email of funding decisions. The foundation does not fund individuals, private foundations, certain public charities, political organizations, amateur athletics, or religious/sectarian organizations (unless programs are secular and have wide public impact). Organizations with discriminatory policies are ineligible. Recipients must complete an evaluation within 12 months or future grants will not be considered.
