Tax-exempt 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations can apply for grants to support programs in lifelong learning, honoring service, or supporting communities. Applications are accepted annually from June 1 through July 31.
About this grant
RTX awards grants through its Connect Up corporate social responsibility initiative to nonprofit partners aligned with three impact areas: Lifelong Learning, Honoring Service, and Supporting Communities. Applicant organizations must be permanent, tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organizations (or international equivalent), cannot be private foundations, must submit annual impact reports, and must affirm compliance with RTX's anti-discrimination policy. The funder will not support memorials, individual/family benefits, fraternal or labor organizations, sports teams or events, scholarships for athletes, raffles, political organizations, faith-based organizations for religious purposes, deficit reduction, or memberships and sponsorships outside 501(c)(3) structures. Applications open June 1 and close July 31 each year, with decisions communicated by December for inclusion in the following calendar year's budget.
