Teachers in grades 6-12 can apply for grants up to $5,000 or greater than $5,000 to support innovative project-based STEM learning initiatives in their classrooms.
About this grant
Toshiba America Foundation funds project-based learning initiatives for middle and high school STEM educators. Grants come in two tiers: up to $5,000 for smaller projects and grants exceeding $5,000 for larger initiatives. The foundation does not fund general operations, capital projects, endowments, conferences, salaries, facility maintenance, textbooks, computer hardware, microscopes, or extracurricular/club/after-school programs. Religious or political projects are not supported, and organizations that discriminate are ineligible. No single school may receive more than one grant at the same time. Applications are submitted online only through their designated portal.
