Wyoming Intertie Community Investment Program

Wyoming Community Foundation · Funder

The Wyoming Intertie Community Investment Program supports 501(c)(3) nonprofits, government entities, and eligible non-501(c)(3) organizations with projects in Albany, Carbon, and Platte counties. General operating grants up to $10,000 and project-specific grants up to $50,000 are available for initiatives that enhance quality of life and strengthen these communities.

About this grant

WICIP provides two types of grants: general operating grants up to $10,000 for existing programs (501(c)(3) only) and project-specific grants up to $50,000 for equipment, renovations, and new programs (including non-501(c)(3)s). Applicants must be based in or serve communities in Albany, Carbon, or Platte counties in Wyoming. Priority is given to projects with broad community impact, that address community issues, use other support, encourage involvement, use creative approaches, and support economic and community development. One application per organization is allowed, though organizations may apply in subsequent cycles for different project phases. Individuals and for-profits must apply through an eligible fiscal sponsor.
