CaptiClient Pybricks Custom Client

CaptiClient is a custom web-based Pybricks coding environment for FLL LEGO Powered Up and SPIKE Prime hubs. It extends Pybricks Code with co-op editing, hub telemetry, themeable palettes, and an AI coding assistant.
